MusMeat is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our Services to you.

Orders may not be cancelled once accepted. If changes are required, please contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to assist.
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
All purchases must be for personal use and not for resale or export.

Prices may change without notice. You will be charged the price shown at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude taxes, delivery, handling, and any customs fees.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date billing and payment details. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk and ownership pass to you once the product is handed to the courier.
SECTION 6 – RETURNS POLICY (FRESH MEAT EXCEPTION)
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for fresh meat. This is standard industry policy for butchers and fresh food suppliers.
If your order is incorrect, damaged, or defective upon arrival, please contact us at info@musmeat.com immediately. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
Please include photos, your order number, and a description of the issue.
SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, designs, images, and branding on this site are the property of MusMeat or our partners and are protected by intellectual property laws.

MusMeat is powered by Shopify, but all transactions and interactions are directly with MusMeat. Shopify is not responsible for your purchases or any issues arising from them.
