Shipping policy

Nationwide Delivery

-Free delivery on orders over £40.
-Nationwide deliveries are dispatched Monday to Thursday for next-day delivery.
-Orders placed before 12pm (midday) on Monday to Thursday qualify for next-day delivery.
-Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the next available dispatch day.
-For example, orders placed after 12pm on Thursday will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery.
-If a delivery is missed, DPD will leave your parcel in a safe place (if one has been specified).
-If there is no safe place available, DPD will attempt a second delivery.
-If the second delivery is missed, DPD will destroy the parcel as all products are perishable and cannot be returned.

Manchester Delivery within our 3-mile Manchester radius

-Delivery within Manchester is handled by MUSMEAT's delivery partners
-Free delivery on orders over £40. 
-Orders before 11am to get same-day delivery (except Saturday & Sunday)
-Orders received after 11am would be delivered the next day (except Saturday & Sunday)
-All orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 12pm and 7pm
-Generally, we will not leave goods unattended. For example, at the door, on a porch or in a garage, unless specifically requested by the customer.

-After the first delivery has failed, If no one is available, you will be required to collect your order from our Manchester Branch from 10am – 7pm (except Saturday & Sunday)
